How we work
We read the system
We work on the basis of strategic knowledge. We analyse the system, identify gaps, uncover levers and bottlenecks, and bring this information into decision-making. We do so to ensure that circularity does not remain at the level of inspiration, but gains analytical grounding, monitoring capacity and strategic solidity.
We facilitate co-creation
We foster multi-actor working spaces to make the co-creation of circular solutions possible. We facilitate dialogue, project matchmaking and the connection between interests, capabilities and complementary leaderships. Systemic change does not result from the spontaneous accumulation of initiatives, but when there is a community capable of aligning around a shared ambition and cooperating effectively.
We support deployment
We do not stop at formulating strategy. We help turn it into viable, collaborative and scalable projects on the ground. We support pilots, help anticipate needs, activate new roles among actors and contribute to structuring implementation so that the circular transition moves forward with direction, continuity and capacity to scale.
We learn, adjust and communicate
We work with a flexible and adaptive logic. We follow progress, incorporate learning, adjust the process when needed and share results transparently. We understand network governance as a way to positively influence the direction and speed of the transition, while reinforcing trust among actors and coherence between vision, strategy and execution.
We share and scale learning
We share what we learn, highlight projects and results, and strengthen ties with other regions, platforms and organisations. This outward projection is part of the way we work because it allows learning to scale, efforts to multiply, and the positioning of the Balearic Islands as a Mediterranean laboratory for the circular economy to be consolidated.
