Impulsa Balears Foundation
IMPULSA BALEARS is a strategic knowledge and regional interaction platform that has been operating in the islands as a non-profit organisation since 2014. Its mission is to facilitate decision-making by regional stakeholders in their strategic reformulation processes and thereby help strengthen the sustainable global competitiveness of the Balearic Islands.
In recent years, this mission has taken on a particularly concrete form: driving the transition towards a circular tourism system in the Balearic Islands. From the launch of reN · Regenerative Movement for the Future of the Balearic Islands to the publication of the Circular Roadmap for the 2025–2035 horizon, IMPULSA BALEARS has progressively built the foundations of vision, strategy, monitoring and governance needed to deliver this commitment.
A platform at the service of regional transformation
In this process, IMPULSA BALEARS assumes a specific role: that of broker of the circular transition. In other words, that of a systemic and neutral intermediary that places its capacities at the service of regional actors to facilitate collaboration, guide priorities, incorporate learning and accelerate the deployment of change on the ground.
reN · Balears Circular Hub is an operational expression of this role: an infrastructure designed to bring together actors and knowledge, connect opportunities and capabilities and provide continuity to a regional development commitment that requires economic intelligence, effective collaboration and networked governance.
